Pet Policy

You have come to the right place with your furry friends!

Our community is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.

Our pet fee is $350 for one (1) pet and only $500 for two (2) pets, with a $10 pet rent per month per pet. There is a two pet limit with a total weight limit of 85 lbs. We do have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Dog breeds that are restricted:

*Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull (Staffordshire Terrier)
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard
*Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.
*Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited.

Other pets that are never allowed:

Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
