Love this place

I have been here since February and absolutely LOVE it . Ms. Paige in office went out of her way to get us in here and all office staff are awesome. The only downside is PARKING, but will be renewing lease when it comes up that's how much we love it here.

Great community, spacious two bedroom Apartments Review, love the floor plan. They keep community very neat and clean, they are continually always updating or painting stairs, railing or whatever looks rusted or needs updating. Street, walk way, pool and landscaping always looks clean and treated. Office staff is great and always try to help. We never had any major maintenance issues because they kept the apartment up to date. We had parking issue last year due to non residents parking everywhere and taking up the space but they found perfect solution by giving parking passes to only residents and towing non resident parked cars. I will miss living there.

Maintanience Personal

Just a quick note to commend the maintenance staff for quickly and effectively responding to a leaky hotwaterheater scenario last Friday evening. We called in the problem at approx 8pm and the maintanience representative telephoned back within 15mins and was over to our apartment home within the hour and did a wonderful job of handling the situation. Do not feel safe living here.

Some of the staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the staff is very rude and not helpful. Really was excited to come live here but with all the crime and break ins in my building I do not feel safe at all. Even though there's a gate there's no security as it stays open for several cars and at times the gate to enter is just open for a long time which defeats the purpose of the gate in the first place. I can't wait to move out.

I have lived here 3 1/2 months

I have lived here 3 1/2 months and the leasing office staff have been courteous and professional. Maintenance issues have been addressed either immediately or within a few hours of my reporting them. I haven t had a negative experience worthy of sharing up to this point in time. I gave a 4 star rating due to age of apartment complex as a whole mainly due to my relocating to Parc 1346 after having lived for two years in a brand new(no previous resident before me) apartment in previous town.

I didn t end up moving here purely

I didn t end up moving here purely because another place was closer to work, but the customer service is stellar! I put in a contact request on their website and got a response within an hour from Hannah that was personalized and not just a copy-pasted form. Hannah set up a tour for me with Ashley the next day! Ashley was so helpful and nice, and she even sent me a follow-up email a week later mentioning specific details I talked about during my tour. That s a personal touch you don t get in a lot of places! As far as the apartments themselves, I can t speak to much more than the show one that I toured, but here s a few nice details for any potential residents: the kitchen in the 2 bedroom floorplan is wonderful. It has actual drawers of a respectable size, a real pantry cabinet, and the laundry area is huge! The bathrooms also are very spacious, larger than anything else in this rent range I ve seen. Living room is a little on the small side, but it s certainly not cramped by any means. Overall a really great-looking space. When I say I chose the other place purely because of the commute, I mean it. If you have a job on that side of town, Parc 1346 is a fantastic choice!

My wife and I lived here for 2.5 years and we really enjoyed

My wife and I lived here for 2.5 years and we really enjoyed it. We were in the newest building 14 and on the 2nd floor. Could you hear your neighbor sometimes, yes and could the upstairs neighbor get a little loud, yes which is no surprise in an apartment complex. However, from the standpoint of the office and staff, when we had a problem it was quickly taken care of at least within the business day. Parking can be brutal as it seems they should have built a larger parking lot for this complex but for what we paid and the experience we had it never affected us more than twice. The gym was a great place to exercise overlooking the nice pool and some nice fish can be caught in the ponds. They also have ducks walking around the place, which was always enjoyable to see. Gated community. Washer and dryer hookups available or use the ones provided by the gym. You also do not have to go through the traffic of gunbarrel since it is on the less crowded side of all the shopping. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

Place es tranquila y yo no escuchar mi vecinos. (-)El estacionamiento NO es asignado y algunos residentes como para organizar lugares y literalmente en el lugar hasta a quien que están ahorrando para llega. Algo pasa la noche:( Terminé solo esté alrededor de hasta que me encontré un lugar. El residente incluso afirmó que ha estado haciendo esto por más de un año y puedo informar si quería lol. Solo tengo un automóvil y didnt cree que sería como este, pero otros de que Ive encontrado agradable para cuidador residente.

I love living at Parc! I ve been here for one year

I love living at Parc! I ve been here for one year and will be for atleast another, probably more. The manager and team are great, always friendly and quick to resolve anything that may come up. Ashley especially is one of the nicest people I ve ever met and you can tell she truly cares about the tenants, as does everyone in the office. And the space! I have more space than I know what to do with! Storage for daysss. The landscaping is beautiful as well, I really enjoy the two ponds and all the trees on the property. It s a nice little community that s well taken care of with very nice amenities, and I ve never had anything happen I d consider a problem. I recommend it to anyone who s looking for a place to rent.

We love living here

We love living here. We moved from Georgia and they made our move quick and painless. Vanessa and the whole crew are amazing. They fix things when work orders are put in. Everyone is so nice around here. We love having the woods to look at The wildlife that goes by. Since living here we have seen 3 deer s and also a beautiful fox. My son enjoys the play ground and feeding the ducks. Apartments are so specious. I don t know why they get bad reviews, have never had any issues here.

I moved in just under two months ago and I really like it

I moved in just under two months ago and I really like living here. The location is wonderful and close to everything, including I-75, but the complex is very quiet. The staff is nice and the complex includes a couple of ponds (complete with fish, turtles and ducks), pool with grill, workout room, and events to bring the community together. There are a few negatives. When I moved in I was told the apartment was painted and professionally cleaned. It wasn t, on either count. Luckily I wasn t physically moving until a couple of weeks after I signed my lease so I was told it would be done. They touched up the paint, but the apartment still wasn t clean even though I was assured it was. Same dirt in same places. I always clean anyway, but still. As someone mentioned, the A/C isn t the best. I m in a 2BR apartment and took the back bedroom. It s often 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the apartment and the temperature is never consistent. Even though it s set on auto at a constant temp, it will get really warm, then the A/C kicks on and it gets pretty cold. Also, if you re expecting high end finishes, this isn t the right place. Everything is nice, but the last place I lived was gorgeous, and very expensive. Overall, I would recommend Parc 1346. The apartments are spacious, have tons of storage space, are pet friendly, include good amenities, and a great location!!

First apartment, Great first impression

This is the first apartment that I have lived in. The staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. The maintenance is responsive and the orders are quickly completed. Landscaping is nice and the area is clean. Overall a very nice apartment.

Times, they are a changing

The complex is pretty quiet. We like the layout of the apartment but the previous renters smoked and it has permeated the entire apartment. We bought an ozone machine that has helped but on damp days it still stinks. Our clothes smell like we smoke, just from being in our closets. The machine has helped but we will probably have to trash the couch and mattresses because of the odors. Sorry..... if you get one that hasn't been abused by the previous renters it will be a great little apartment. The staff tries very hard to work with people, they are great. The apartments are pretty sound proof, I didn't understand how to answer the rating question....lol

Great so far, but could use a couple of basic improvements

I've had a great experience so far with the staff and with my neighbors. The property management seems well organized and responsive so far. There are a few little things that could use more attention to detail in the units themselves, but overall they're well kept and well maintained. For the number of dogs at the property, there are far too few bag stations. There should be a few more placed around the property, or at the very least, a few more trash bins available. The only real issue I've had so far was that the property did a unit inspection across the entire property last week and I had to contact the office to confirm this had been completed. If ever someone is going to be coming into my unit, I expect that they leave a note of confirmation that they've been there. This is basic apartment living 101 and concerning when you're talking about strangers being near your pets and inside your home. Hopefully, this was a fluke and notes will be left going forward.

Lived here for over a year. The apartments are spacious, maintained and great amenities, love the pool area and car wash. Staff are professional, promptly communicate and do their very best to accommodate request. As for location, near the major roads and minutes away from shopping and dinning. Great place and a good mixture of families and professionals. Highly recommend.

We moved here in July of last year

We moved here in July of last year and have definitely had a great experience! From our first interaction with the office staff (Ashley, Sasha, Allan), we could tell that they truly care about their residents and helping to fulfill their needs. They re always looking for ways to improve apartment life, and I love that they do fun things like breakfast on the go, different holiday parties in the resident office, etc. My kids especially loved the Valentine s Day party they threw this year - making our own cards was a highlight! The maintenance staff is always quick to respond to requests and seem quite knowledgeable when I ve had questions. I ve met many other lovely families with children here, and overall we ve loved living here. The few improvements I can see that could be made are in animal cleanup enforcement, overall cleanliness of the stairs/stairwells (spiderwebs, gum, leaking trash bags, etc can create sticky, smelly messes after a while), and checking for pet poop in the kids playground area, especially during the summer. The location couldn t be better since we are literally minutes away from the mall - all the shopping needs you could possibly have are within a few minutes drive. There are also a few parks/playgrounds nearby for those who have young, busy children who may need more area to run/play, or for adults who like to get outside to run. There are many great schools, homeschool groups/co-ops, farmers markets, museums, bookstores, thrift shops, and just about anything else you can think of all within just a few minutes drive. Fantastic place to live!

I have really enjoyed living here for the past 2 1/2 years

I have really enjoyed living here for the past 2 1/2 years. The apartments are spacious. Maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner. The fitness facility & pool are nice. The office staff is really nice & they have events for us to show their appreciation such as breakfast on the go, a resident Christmas party, ice cream social, bingo & many more things. They also hold food drives & give back to the community.

The staff was unbelievably helpful

My Fiancé and I looked at what seemed like all the apartments in Chattanooga. Once we met Ashley and Hannah, we cancelled all our other appointments and settled on making Parc1346 our future home. We saved over $80 on a two bedroom, two bathroom. The staff was unbelievably helpful and accommodating and I couldn t have imagined a better welcome. Compared to the other apartment staff we met, Ashley and Hannah were FANTASTIC.

This is definitely my favorite place I ve ever lived!

The facilities are very comfortable

My family and I have been invited to experience a pleasant area to live in! I can not remember the last time I was so satisfied with people and community activities then I have here at Parc 1346. These facilities are very comfortable and well structured during difficult weather conditions that has kept us safe and secure throughout our days here. We were chosen because, I believe our natural ability to stay obedient with the property authority and the other people who reside here. Our mission is to stay as long as were are able to provide the management with the money they ask of us.

It s great to be here, things run well

It s great to be here, things run well - Sasha, Ashley, and Vanessa are always willing to help - the Maintenance staff gets it right the first time on the rare occasions they have to address an issue. Fellow residents are respectful, friendly, and quiet. Workout room is awesome as well as the pool area and the gas grille island - nothing like cooking by the pool in the spring, summer and fall. We also have a pair of resident white Ducks that patrol both of our ponds just makes you smile when you see them on the way to work in the morning. The grounds with all the trees make you feel like your out in the country very nice place to live.

We moved in this year and we love it here

We moved in this year and we love it here. These bad reviews are simply people that didnt get their way. Yes sometimes you hear your neighbors upstairs but that is any apartment you go to. The maintenance team has come and fixed every issue weve had in a matter of days. The management team was great with working with our move in date so we could move in as soon as possible. Overall the best apartments around this area and they are reasonably priced.

Spacious for my big family

Parking is ok, the stairwells are old looking. My apartment isn't renovated, I think all 3 bedroom apartments should be able to get updates, while still living in the apartment especially paying over 1000 for rent. Or atleast be able to transfer to a renovated apartment without the fees I would definitely love to be in an updated apartment with the money we have to pay But overall for an apartment it's ok.

Very convenient large living space

This property is close to I-75 and I-24, easy access to major sites, shopping, restaurants, while maintaining a small neighborhood feel. Ample parking and great amenities Rooms and available storage is much larger than many properties we reviewed prior to choosing PARC 1346.
